Excellent hotel and location

My needs are simple: good location, clean, good bed, good shower and good wifi. NH was great on all counts. Easy walking to amazing museums. Parks. plazas, and restaurants. Staff was excellent. At breakfast I used the QR code to order and it took me to an internal survey. I noted all was great but that shower pressure was weak. That night, when I took my shower the water pressure was excellent. When I return to MX City I will stay here.

We would come back!

Really good location, in walkable distance from the main tourist attractions. The area around the hotel felt safe to walk around. We would come back to the hotel.

The room was a bit tight, but big enough for two people. During our stay there was a protest going on, which affected the transport options from/to hotel. However, this might be something to expect when staying that close to the historic center.

Great stay in central location

It’s very central but if you get a room facing the inner court, it’s very quiet. The staff is nice and the bed is comfortable.

The only reason I take away one point was that I requested a quiet room when I booked. Then the hotel offered online check in and we get to choose our own room. I thought it was a really good idea. I spent some time studying the floor plan and got myself a room not facing the street. But when I checked in, they were not able to offer me that room. I asked if the new room would face the same side and is therefore not facing the street and is quiet. The lady assured me yes. But in the end it’s a room that’s on the opposite side facing a busy street. I had to switch room the next day because it’s so noisy. I just wish she would take my request seriously and check before she responds to avoid the trouble.

Upfront payment/deposit required (a Mexican thing but the distrust left me with a negative feeling) Check your bill for taxes (in- or excluded on Booking) Room service is slow Staff could be a little more sympathetic and proactive Staff has limited knowledge of the local tourist scene

Wonderful

The location in the Historic Centre was great despite the traffic chaos due to the ongoing teachers’ strike. The room was comfortable with good A/C- a must in this heat! Breakfast was terrific and the staff very helpful. A late checkout was available for a small cost which was wonderful as we had a late afternoon flight.

Everything was fine - we would use this hotel again.

The perfect Location hotel, good Value for money!

The Perfect Location, the clean room, over all was good hotel!

some of the staffs are unprofessional!, I had 2 baggages and other 2 pieces but they didn't help me for my baggage for check out and put in Taxi and for the 4 stars hotel is Bizzar!, and service of laundry isn't a good quality for 4 stars hotel! the ironing of clothes were horrible!

Practical, clean and well priced hotel.

Good location, friendly staff and all round good value for money, The breakfast is basic but acceptable. If you want to stay in the historic centre this is an excellent choice. Best used for as a base. Not a lot of frills.

The hotel is narrow and feels dark and pokey. The rooms are small and lack a homely feel. Neither where they bright or otherwise inviting. I would recommend staying slightly outside the historic centre. There's plenty of choice within a 5 minute walk. That way you avoid the traffic (difficult to get in and out of the centre) and the noise.

Comfortable, classy hotel - great price - perfect location!

Smiling, kind, helpful staff - at every level. A beautiful, fresh, appetizing buffet breakfast. Wonderfully clean room. A comfy lobby for sitting with friends and a bottle of wine from the bar. Walking distance to terrific restaurants and tourist sites (Templo Mayor, Cathedral, Bellas Artes, etc.) I stayed two weeks in 2023, and 6 days in 2024 -- consistently outstanding.
